David Marshall is the founder and president of Mobility Management.  David received his Master’s degrees in Engineering and Management from MIT, and has over a decade of experience in applying technology to transportation issues.  He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Xi, and has one patent in process with respect to the application of smartcards to transportation systems.
